Job Title: Territory Sales Representative, Alberta Client Information Our Client designs and manufactures electronic control components for the building and industrial automation markets They have ISO 9001 certified factories in Europe and Asia. Their products are sensors, monitoring relays, timers, energy management systems, solid state-relays, electronic motor controllers, safety devices, fieldbus systems and inverters. Duties: • Sell sensors, switches and controls for applications in Commercial, Industrial, and Building Automation in the assigned sales territory • Generate sales leads by cold calling, emails, networking, and telephone calls • Manage and grow existing accounts • Face to face meetings with customers and prospects to introduce new products • Develop sales proposals for customers based on their needs, budgets and expectations • Prepare monthly sales forecast • Prepare technical sales presentations for lunch and learn Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in selling sensors, switches and controls for applications Commercial, Industrial, and Building Automation • Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors • Must have experience in account management and cold calling • Proven record to ensure growth and profitability • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) • Excellent analytical and problem solving capability • A self-starter and a drive to succeed Compensation: $85,000 /yr, up to $1,000 commission per month(depends on the sales level) and $10,000 annual bonus depends on the sales quota, $900 Car Allowance/month, Gas card, all expenses paid, laptop, cell phone. comprehensive group benefit plan, company sponsored RRSP/DPSP, training, development and opportunities for career advancement.
