Job opening for Finance Professional: Company: Leader in Packaging Industry Location: Mumbai Designation: Senior Manager-Finance Job Description:• Working with the Regional Finance Controller to develop / improve a monthly financial reporting package and lead the execution of this important monthly deliverable • Assume ownership and oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process of the Company across all departments & 8 factories . Provide monthly qualitative & quantified analysis • Lead FP&A team in working senior management to develop and refine key assumptions for operational expenses, capital expenditures • Consolidation of the MIS at Company Level and Regional level • Working with the Regional Finance Controller to develop / improve a monthly financial reporting package and lead the execution of this important monthly deliverable • Develop and mentor a team on financial analysis • Participate in the procurement process and Improve the monthly purchase order approval process while maintaining appropriate internal controls • Implement new financial procedures to advance budget variance analysis ,close visibility gap & provide early warning signals to the management • Support the financial assessment, presentation and approval process for large, multi-departmental projects • Monthly and quarterly Profit planning and variance analysis • Manage and refine the development and execution of monthly and quarterly financial presentations • Partner with Manufacturing , Procurement , Sales , Factories to drive the various cost saving projects • Participate in customers pricing strategy and give recommendations • Lead the selection, implementation and management of a financial planning system. • Implement new and improved management accounting techniques • Sound knowledge of SAP and ability to get changes in the SAP reporting to facilitate business. • Driving Cost consciousness in the region
