The sales representative will be working inside our Commercial Training Facility on the outskirts of Nashville, TN and will have opportunities to earn a lucrative commission weekly check. We offer: Competitive Pay Employee Incentives Special Recognition Programs For High Producers Training Position Responsibilities: · Obtain, maintain and grow your customer base · Attain and exceed monthly sales goals · Leverage our company customer base in order to grow existing sales · Utilize a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery, and closing. · Ability to provide excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction. · Drive key measurements within customer satisfaction and retention goals · Provide input to management concerning industry trends. · Ability to work some nights and weekends at industry trade shows, customer and partner events. · Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners. · Drive our companys unique value propositions. JOB REQUIREMENTS Position Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); may include specialized or vocational courses. College degree preferred. · Two years of proven direct sales success. · Proven track record of successful sales and territory growth in an independent work environment. · Ability to type 30 wpm · One year of experience with sales CRM programs, Sales Force or ZOHO preferred. · Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency. · Ability to operate popular Internet web browsers, such as, Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Chrome and Safari.
