Joining the pack -- meet Carys! Wouldnt it be wonderful to have a name that means love? After being dumped and abandoned, this sweet girl probably thought that love would never find her. As luck has it, a Good Samaritan found her and then she came to Rescue. Thats when she was given her new name of Carys which is of Welsh origin and means love. Carys is a petite girl with excellent house and leash manners. She is a little on the shy side but she also is a confident girl. Dog friendly, she can be a player with other nice dogs. Her energy level is moderate and she loves fetching a tennis ball. One of our volunteers who chauffeured her to Rescue (Carys enjoyed the car ride, looking out the window at the new world that was waiting for her - she liked what it had to offer!) said she seems to be a very pleasant and happy dog.
