Jose Luis... of all the insurance agents in Barcelona I get the retard that doesnt know any English except yes, no and OK. Pretty much I get yes to everything I ask in Emails but even with Google Translate I found out the hard way that he didnt understand a frinkin thing. He always says something is wrong with my bank, but really something is wrong with this brain. So, my 2nd trip to Jose Luis was very successful with Maria Rico Font because we went in like Amazons ready for his line of ca-ca. First we went to the bank to collect proof and then we went to Jose Luis in person with the bank note showing I already paid the insurance in April and that it was paid on the old policy number. But, Jose Luis pretended he knew all along.... ha ha ha... and that he even told me.... oh, but I have every letter he wrote and he never let on that I was making a double payment. He didnt know, that big bull sh-tter. So, he said I had to go back to my bank and get them to give back the money from April and 1st thing I said is Spanish banks dont do that and if after about 30 days you are stuck. Oh, he just remembered that is true... ha ha ha. So, he still wanted me to pay again and just retrieve the money somehow until I said it was utterly ridiculous... give me credit. Oh... he just then figured out that he could make a phone call to his main office and let them know that only my policy number is changed and to give me credit. OMG. Two trips to Spain to straighten him out and get the letter I need for the Embassy. Well, I have to say Maria has a way with words in whatever language she uses and it comes out like a machine gun. I would like to hire her as my attorney. She was amazing. She got all my banks straightened out by none other than the grumpy guy that never wants to serve me. She should get an Academy Award.
