Jr. Marketing Manager Location: Tel Aviv Center A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Jr. Marketing Manager in Our Consumer Goods Company that caters to the Beauty on the go market and Travel Retail sectors. We are looking for a person who has excellent managerial skills and will be able to manage and oversee the day to day process of dealing with all outsourced vendors and outside partners, this person will have a full understanding of how to position and build the companies Social Media presence as well as be able to create marketing material for B2B & B2C. We would like to find a person that has a true understanding of the Blogging world as it relates to the Beauty and travel categories. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all areas of the US & European retail sector and have a firm understanding of the marketing cycle for both digital & print. This person will also be very organized and understand how to manage and motivate all outside vendors and partners. Duties Include A. Directly manage & oversee all Marcom, Social Media, and Service providers both internal and external. B. Developing Social Media Strategy across all platforms i.e. FB, Pinterest, Blogging. C. Help create marketing strategies and overall objectives from the CEO & Founders vision for both online and offline marketing. D. Work closely with internal graphic designer and Shanghai office. E. Offline marketing; client presentations, brochures, and packaging development. F. Working closely with the designer to develop website content from outsourced partner G. Effectively developing and implementing E-MAIL Campaigns. H. Researching attributes of beauty products – understanding the biggest reasons why someone will buy our products. I. Maintaining our growing database of beauty products i.e. creating names and descriptions. Basic Requirements A. Passion for Beauty products and Social Media. B.
