Incomplete: I have a pet dog which ————— Complete: I have a pet dog which likes meat. Rule-2: Incomplete sentence শেষে যদি so that/ in order that থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে এদের পূর্ববর্তী clause এর verbএর tense অনুযায়ী verb এর পূর্বে may/may not, can/cannot অথবা could/could not, might/ might not ব্যবহূত হয়। যেমনঃ Incomplete: Mitu studies hard so that —— Complete: Mitu studies hard so that she can pass in the examination. Incomplete: The farmer work hard so that —————- Complete: The farmer work hard so that they can get a good harvest. Incomplete: Nahiyan studies hard in order that ————- Complete: Nahiyan studies hard in order that he can be first in the exam. Rule-3: Too ———-to (এতই ——- যে ———- না) Too ———-to দ্বারা incomplete sentence কে complete করার নিয়মঃ Incomplete sentence এ adjective/ adverb এর পূর্বে too থাকলে উক্ত incomplete sentence টিকে complete করার জন্য to + সংগতিপূর্ণ verb + অর্থপূর্ণ শব্দ বা শব্দসমষ্টি বসাতে হবে। Structure: Sub + verb + too + adjective / adverb + to + সংগতিপূর্ণ verb + extension. উদাহরণঃ Incomplete: The man is too old ————- Complete: The man is too old to work. Incomplete: He is too dishonest ———— Complete: He is too dishonest to speak the truth. Incomplete: You are too short —————- Complete: You are too short to touch the roof. Incomplete: The girl was too silly —————— Complete: The girl was too silly to understand any simple matter. Too ———- for ———————- to এর ব্যবহার: Incomplete sentence এর too + adjective /adverb এর পর for থাকলে তার পর + personal object (me, us, you, them, him, her ও কোন নাম) + তার পর to + সংগতিপূর্ণ verb + অর্থপূর্ণ শব্দ বা শব্দসমষ্টি বসাতে হবে। Structure: sub + verb + too + adjective /adverb + for + personal object + to + verb + extension. উদাহরণঃ Incomplete: The load is too heavy for me ————- Complete: The load is too heavy for me to carry.
