Just a reminder that Branches of the RSPCA are separate charities. We deal with local rehoming issues and help with vet bills etc, but are not allowed to get involved with the work of the National Society of the RSPCA and their teams of Inspectors. Our small Branch office is not manned 24hrs a day - therefore, to avoid any delay, please make reports directly to the National Society. Their 24hr Cruelty & Advice line is - 0300 1234 999. You can also make a report via their website - rspca.org.uk - click REPORT CRUELTY. Or if you wish to make a complaint about an unresolved previous report, there are instructions how on the CONTACT US page of that website: rspca.org.uk/utilities/contactus The Inspectorate team does not work from our small Branch office and we dont have access to their records that would enable us to give updates on reports made unfortunately.
