Just got home from Indy airport, its been a 17 hr day. My mother-in-laws flight on Frontier Airlines was scheduled to leave at 6:30am. At 5:40am the ticket counter & kiosk were closed, and no one in sight for assistance. So she missed the flight. Calling customer service was no help, we were on the phone with them three different times for a total of 3 hrs & 20 mins. We had to pay additional fees to get her on another flight ($100) check in baggage & 6 lbs over($45), they even tried to charge an additional $20 for her purse as a carry-on. She finally left Indy at 6:05pm on a flight that was scheduled to leave at 3:22p & will get to Los Angeles at 10:15p. Frontier airlines has no regard for its customers. Theyre basic fare may be lower then other airlines but with the extra fees ( they even charge $1.99 for soda & coffee) they get you. I will never use Frontier airlines again and will suggest to all my Facebook friends not to fly Frontier.
