(Just in case the email did not reach you...) To our wonderful PilatesRx community, Thank you so much for your support in building the new PilatesRx. As I previously stated, my business goal is to create a community that promotes health and wellness. To help facilitate that goal, I am introducing a new scheduling system that will bring transparency in both scheduling and accounting. The new system is called MindBodyOnline. It provides an individual client login to access the studios schedule (both Private and Group), your personal schedule, and your current account. I have transferred the existing scheduled Private Sessions through the entire year and the existing Group Reformer and Mat Classes through the end of February. You may notice the Group Class schedule is only through February. This is because I am adding additional classes and times and would love input on what classes you are interested in. Pertaining to your accounts, you will see a credit for any previous sessions and classes paid to PilatesRx prior to January 1, 2015. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions regarding your account balance. To help assist in the sign-up process, please follow the steps listed below: 1. Enter the PilatesRx scheduling system: https://clients.mindbodyonline/classic/home?studioid=209779 2. Click on New to our site? and enter your first and last name. 3. Find account: for existing clients, locate your name and click This is me! and for new clients, click Create a new account. 4. Enter your email and choose a password. If you forget either one, there are recovery methods. 5. A studio verification notification will appear. This verification ensures that nobody else can have access to your personal information. I will verify your accounts accordingly. 6. Once verified, you will gain full access to our classes, appointments, your information, and the online store. Please enter your profile information. 7. Please note I am in the process of creating the merchant account through the scheduler and you will be able to purchase classes and sessions at your discretion. Until then, please purchase by either check or cash and I will manually enter it into your account. I appreciate your patience in this process.
