Just read the story about a UCT international student and model, who felt it was appropriate to pee on a black man in Africa. According to him, he is rich and from overseas, so he should not have to apologies for peeing on a black person. I cant help but to feel like as Africans, we are enabling this kind of behavior. had i been the one to pee on an older black men, the community would have dealt with me appropriately. they wouldnt take me to court, but they would make me wish they had. but because this kid is not black, we are letting the law run its course. i believe as Africans, we have a moral duty to make everyone know and reasonably foresee that it is not appropriate to mistreat or even pee on us. That boy should be dealt with the African way, Ka letlalo. this is one instance where i believe corporal mob justice is required, dont kill him. just whoop his ass....
