Just so everyone knows I am not against gender equality I have been a huge supporter of that for years. Everyone should be treated with equality and equity. I know a lot of females that work a lot harder than most guys and I strongly encourage any female to do what they love and know that where you are in your career is not from how you look but from the hard work you put in and same with the guys as well! I may look at some things in different ways but that does not mean the opposite.
