Just spent the last few hours of my Olympia trip, in the presence of the one and only Kai Greene. I was more than happy to spend all of the last two days, on-set, assisting Charles Lowthian Studio with the all shoots he had with many of the Flex Magazine athletes. I am not a very emotional person, nor do I take much inspiration from others, but Kai L. Greene is someone who has always interested me. He intrigues me. His words and actions have meaning to me. Spending time in Kais presence actually made me nervous. It wasnt just one of those fan boy things, to be able to hear him speak, watch him up close, playing around on set and actually interact with him, was something I will be eternally grateful for. Anyone can meet an athlete at an expo or a show and although our interaction was fairly brief and may have been no more meaningful to Kai, than any other fan he met over the Olympia weekend, it was very valuable to me and is something that I will remember forever. ^_^
