Just wanted to share something I learned today. When driving, your head should be touching the head rest. This way if you are hit from behind, your head wont get thrown back against the head rest. The head rest should also be higher than your head. When you get rear ended the impact will flatten your spine causing you to be 1 to 2 inches taller. If your head rest is too low, it will hit your neck causing it to over extend backwards. Hopefully you are never in a car accident, but I thought it was good information nonetheless.
