Just went absolutely skitz at someone over an iPhone. I swear I felt someone elses hand in my pocket and when I went to check for my phone, it wasnt there. Ive turned around, seen some young boys messing about with this iPhone, I believe that to be mine? I start quizzing them, and to my surprise they cant unlock the keypad so now Im convinced its mine, it must be. I snatch it off them and start to make my way off, only for it to start ringing. It comes up Dad on the screen. Now for obvious reasons it cant be mine - Hes long since gone! So I answer it but dont say anything. He tells who he thinks hes talking to, hes waiting for them at the car. My heart stops. I eventually brought myself to speak to the guy and explained what happened. He wasnt happy but then given the circumstances, I wouldnt be either! Anyway I met up with him, his kids were furious with me however their dad had calmed down and did see the funny side. Ive given the phone back now, only to be reminded, where is mine? I slowly started to accept its been nicked or Ive lost it, only to get back in the door just as the last few notes of my ringtone went off, my phone was on my kitchen side the whole time. Ive been a right idiot tonight.
