KASHMIR FLOODING: Heavy rains in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir have caused flash-flooding along the Jhelum River. According to reports, as many as 32 people were killed on September 4 after a bus was swept into the river. The Jhelum was reported top have risen to four feet above safe levels. Pakistan Red Crescent Society AJK, a humanitarian organisation, shared this video of the fast-flowing river.
