Kandy is a 15.1hh 9 year old Warmblood Appaloosa mare, originally trained by Charlotte Price. I bought Kandy 1.5 years ago and since then we have gone to compete in all disciplines including showjumping, cross country, dressage etc. We have competed up to 1.05 - 1.10 rounds at a local jump day but have mainly been competing at around 90cm-1m through out the year. Kandy was competing 1m-1.10m courses with the old owners and was very competitive out on the cross country course. Kandy is a pleasure to own in every way, she is extremely easy to shoe, clip, wash transport on floats and trucks. She self loads on the float, and just stands there to be saddled up. Kandy is honestly the best horse and would suit any discipline. She is currently not in work as i broke my wrist but i still get on her tackless every now and then and she is completely fine. You can leave her for 12 weeks and get on and gallop around. She never puts a foot wrong when shes out at competitions and is happy to just sit there all day. I have jumped a 44 gallon drum on her tackless, and a 44 gallon drum plus a tyre bareback. You can stand on her back and walk around, you can walk under her and i usually tend to find myself sitting between her front legs for shade at competitions.
