Kindly note the following about the this issue that may be affecting some of the students (former and current): => For a Refund for excess school fees paid to the institution, the student has to fill a refund form which is taken to the finance department for approval. Once the request has been approved, then a cheque is written for the refund. => If the school fees was paid for through CDF money and you wish to transfer the money to another students account, the institution will require a letter of approval from the CDF committee that issued the money, otherwise the money is returned to the CDF committee that issued the money. => If the school fees was paid for through HELB Loan, then the money is refunded to the Board.
