Last day in Italy I know Ill miss this lovely country forever... for it has given me a myriad of fantastic experience, meeting happy interesting ppl (both locals and roommates), leaving me with wonderful memory as a solo traveller in part of the journey... From the historic remains of Rome, the art masterpieces in the Vatican City, the sunny days by the Mediterranean Sea in Sorento and Cinque Terre, to the naturalistic elegance of Florence, and the lively colorful nighttime street parties in Venice, then the free open-air concert of Lang Lang with Maestro Salonen by the magnificent Duomo in Milan... ahhh also its pizzas, gelato, pasta, torte, coffee... and never to miss are its people- so friendly, nice, easy-going, happy (the cleaner of my hostel has been singing all this morning on her own while cleaning the room; the gondoliers shared with me their snacks haha)... I love Italy! Therere still lots of places unexplored e.g. Sicily... So I must visit Italy again in future haha! Now I understand why one should not visit the whole country in a single journey haha with Annie Tsang feeling complex- I dont want to leave but must continue with my grad trip!!
