Last night I was at my computer and a I heard what sounded like a rustling sound or a scratching. I thought it was the dog so I looked over at my open door but I didnt see anything so I figured I imagined it. For some reason I looked down at the notebook I have on the floor by my computer chair and saw the cause of the noise. One of the largest spiders I have ever seen, and definitely the largest I have ever seen inside the house was crawling across my notebook. This was not a daddy longlegs. This thing was brown and fat and the legs were huge and thick. The size of it was about a quarter of the piece of paper it was standing on. Out of reflex I jumped onto my chair and it came scurrying towards me once it saw me move. In my panic and frantic need to find something to squish it with..I lost it. So now...somewhere in my room...is a monster. /shudder.
