Last night was one of those nights for me; those nights that I just couldnt wrap my head around what was happening and why they were happening. Those nights that I couldnt fall asleep until I had cried myself to sleep and funny enough... I still couldnt sleep. Those nights that you are longing so desperately to crawl up to someone and be held. Those nights that the darkness outside couldnt compare with the one inside.... Yeah, I have those nights and yesterday was one of them. How did I survive it? I leaned on Gods word. I prayed through the pain. I crawled up to Him and cried on his shoulder. I opened my heart to him and let his word soothe me; His Love comfort me. I couldnt see any human friend but I knew of the one who promised to always be there, night or day, who promised to never leave me nor forsake me, to hold me while I cry and kiss the pain away... And He was there, reassuring me of his promise, soothing me by his words and loving me back to life. I know what it feels like to be down, hurt, helpless, maybe depressed and in pain. Jesus knows too and he saying to you Im here for you, I love you. Even in the darkest night, my light will shine through and find you and I will heal you... You are not alone, I hold your hand and walk with you. You are mine and I am yours Rest on this words of Jesus, No one means them like he does. Relax friend Gods got your back SSE #JotsoftheJust
