Last year we were gutted after the taxation office made a gigantic BOO BOO.. We were forced to pay in the tens of thousands tax for something that was not our fault... We have suffered by not getting family payments, child care rebates and also the financial burden of paying back the money... WELL...... I just got a letter in the mail 1 year later saying... It has come to the attention of the taxation office that an ERROR has occurred and has now come to our attention... It seems that we did NOT owe the money ! What the?... NOW is the funny bit... We can APPLY for a CREDIT to be put against our account... Why thankyou i say... Give me my money back and reinstate my family payment and we will call it a happy day!!
