Leadership Lesson I learned from a 3 year old today . ~Sometimes people just want you to take their hand and lead them to where they want to go.~ That little boy sat crumpled in the floor and wouldnt join his friends. Bribes, rewards, and offers to pick him up didnt work. What worked was a soft voice and offering him my outstretched hand. It made getting up and going to the table for a snack, at a moment of uncertainty, easy to do. He was a little champion. He knew what he wanted, he just needed a hand getting there.
