Legs are still sore from leg day on Sunday! Yesterday was chest; I have been using heavy resistance bands to switch things up lately. I have to say that I was pretty skeptical of resistance bands for a long time, but I have realized that if you use them correctly they can be very beneficial as strength training. Tonight I am trying to recruit my wife to join arm day. =) What did/are you do today to get fit??
