Let me tell all of you what happen to me at Buddies Jewelry other day. I have been going in there for years doing business. I had to have my battery replace in my watch. Forgive me for what I am going to say but that day I got a real smart ass to help me. I ask to have my battery to be replace and it should been left at That. Then she pops up and says to you want your Chronograph set. Then I said I have not I dear what you are talking about. Should have seen the expression on her face. I found the owner of the store and beg him to please set the date and time for me. Which he did I have worn a watch like this for year and never knew the proper name for it and why did a store clerk make a point to me to embarrass me in front of other people in the store. I will Take my business somewhere else from now on , this type of customer service I do not need
