Life is overwhelming sometimes. The chaos of kids going back to school, where is the money coming from for that, kids going off to college, same follow up question, taking care of our parents who, in many ways, have turned back into infants in the amount of care they need, will my business survive another year, what can I do to get the house payment in time, what does THAT light mean that just came on in the car....it can be enough to challenge the things we know to be true. Someone once told me Dont question in the dark what you KNOW to be true in the light. I guess my challenge to you and me in all of this is....when we make a conscious effort to verbally list the things for which we are thankful, it is harder for the evil one to get a foothold in our thought processes. What brought about this thinking for me today in the midst of many of the thoughts I listed above was, yep, a good ole country song :). If you and I are friends on FB, I care about you. If life gets too stressful, call me 334-202-4275. People care - you are important and not only to other people love you, G-D loves you and his Son died for you.
