Look at me now....Moose came to SCARS through an Alberta Spay - TopicsExpress

Look at me now....Moose came to SCARS through an Alberta Spay Neuter Task Force event in 2012. At the time, he was a tiny puppy in very poor condition. Creating happy outcomes for pups like Moose is the reason we exist. To donate to SCARS, visit: scarscare.ca/how-you-can-help/donate/. Thank you to his family for sending in this wonderful update.... Hi Everyone! My name is Moose – I was adopted by my humans two years ago in October and I’ve been a happy spoiled little boy ever since. When I was little and rescued by SCARS I was a very sick and mournful little pup but thanks to my foster mom (we call her Mommy Christine) and the generosity of SCARS volunteers and vets alike, I was nursed back to health and given a second chance at life with my humans. I’m pretty much the best behaved dog and everyone loves me! I’m smart – so smart in fact that I train my humans instead of them training me! I know that the red duffle bag is the camping bag (I LOVE TO GO CAMPING!!!). I know how to wait my turn for the bathroom and I’m such a good younger brother that I babysit my 2 feline brothers in the backyard. I love those guys!… But…they don’t really love me. I love to play with anyone and everyone – cats, kids, humans… but mostly my best friend Taz. He’s a 170 pound Bull-mastiff - when I was little I used to latch on to his lips and he’d carry me around the house just like that… He’s great! I love to play tug-o-war and I love love love to play Fetch It in the backyard with my Dad. It’s my favourite! I love to walk and explore new areas – you never know who you’ll meet! My favorite colour is green and my favourite superhero is Batman – I even dress up as Batman at Halloween! My humans love me to the moon and back and I love them – thank you so much SCARS for bringing us together! Maybe one day Mom will cave and I’ll get another brother. scarscare.ca/moose/
