Looking for some exotic handmade items? Richland Community College’s H.O.P.E. Club (Helping Out People Everywhere) is having a fundraiser sale of handmade African items – all made in Kenya. Items include, but are not limited to, jewelry, batiks, animal sculptures, soap stone items, candlesticks, purses, decorative plates and bowls, and much, much more. This fabulous sale will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, in the Mueller Student Center at Richland Community College – right inside the main entrance doors! All proceeds will be used by the H.O.P.E Club to fund humanitarian projects.
