Losing the Right to be Free The Constitution of the United States of America is the document which defines what a democracy is and how it is to be run. Set down in it are the branches of the govt. and each branch is defined as to what its place is in a democratic form of govt. Set down in the Constitution are the powers AND limitations of each branch. Individually, each one has its own function as a separate entity, but collectively each acts as a system of checks and balances to the other branches. The concept is that each branch has the power to limit another branch from assuming too much power. The executive branch basically is what the world has to deal with on the international scale. They represent the country. The legislative branch is what keeps everything running. It deals with what the people want thru their representatives who were ELECTED by the people. They SUPPOSEDLY represent the wants of the majority. Those wants are then passed on in the form of legislation to be ACTED UPON by the president. He has no power to arbitrarily enact laws. The judiciary branch is the legal arm of the democracy. They have the final say on what is legal or not, but according to the MAJORITY, not the opinion of a single person or a minority group. The Bill of Rights is an integral part of the Constitution for without it, the Constitution is just a meaningless piece of paper with no authority. It delineates and defines exactly what rights and privileges the individuals have. The Bill of Rights is just what it means. It defines, clearly and legally, that it is the people who have the final say in what is best for the country, not the govt. It was written to prevent EXACTLY what the present admin. is doing, usurping power in order to restrict the individual rights and bring about the downfall of the Republic. Democracy thru representation is not a pipe dream, nor is it a vehicle for tyrants to come to power. It is a RIGHT of ALL to live free and pursue their individual destinies and dreams. But when the people become dependent upon the govt. and that govt. is corrupt, it, by the very nature of those who come into power, it will assume more and more power to itself until you have a situation such as the one today in Washington. Thru apathy and a media controlled by the same people who want the dissolution of the Republic, America is on the verge of collapse. Thru the manipulation of financial institutions and corrupt govt. employees, America is on the brink of another revolution also. With the inauguration of Obama to his second term in office, he has become confident in what he has been ordered to do by those behind the scenes. He is bringing about a plan which has been in the works for decades. It has been pursued by those individuals with the REAL power behind the thrones of many nations. They control what is printed, how much money there is, what country falls, basically who lives and who dies.Today, the world is slowly waking up to the fact that there are inimical forces at work. These forces are working 24/7 to turn America into a vassal state, where the individual is less than nothing, and there are no rights left. In short, turning America into a slave state. The reality is staring America in the face, but by allowing the media to control what is fact and what is fiction, most people arent aware of the utter seriousness of those with the REAL power and think that the govt. is still on their side. That type of thinking is what will bring America to its knees and to its destruction. Once again Im trying to bring sanity to a madhouse. But there are those who see what is happening and are also pushing to bring sanity to a nation run by madmen. It is an uphill fight now, but there is still hope. Fight back, impeach those who have committed crimes, convict them of those crimes and put them in the penitentiary and throw the keys away. That is the only way to show the world what democracy is. Take your country back from the thieves, perverts and power mongers. Make liberalism a crime for that is the major tool used to divide your country and bring it down! America has been severely wounded, and if the wounds keep hemorrhaging, America will collapse and die to the detriment of the whole world, for there wont be a symbol of freedom left to emulate. There WILL be a return to the time of the Nazi era in Germany in 1932. GUARANTEED! Your living on borrowed time NOW, so fight back, remove the traitors and set America back on course. IMPEACH, PROSECUTE, CONVICT!!!!
