Lots of you have been asking recently how I am feeling. It warms my heart and often is difficult to take in how many of you are concerned. Ive never experienced that before and feel so blessed. It truly is a gift from God. For the first time in my life the last 3-4 years I feel worthy of receiving all the love and goodness one could possibly absorb. Sometimes it actually feels surreal. So, to answer the question, though my spirit, humor, zest for life, the gift of sharing with others my experience, strength and hope, and my mantra Dont quit five minutes before the miracle remains fully and wholly in tact, bottom line is this. Since my mother first went into the hospital almost three months ago, simultaneously with my having to begin for the first time fully excercising my Powers of Attorney thus being responsible at all times for her well being and business affairs I have been under tremendous stress 24/7. All this while dealing with my own battle of my pit pull advocacy for winning the battle of my prostate cancer returning,truly it has finally caught up with me, One, because of three months non stop dealing with both of our heath and welfare, and last but not least, the Lupron injections (hormone therapy) have in the last week begun the predicted number one side effect which is a marked decline in energy, and quite frankly it is kicking my ass! Mind you, this is an informational statement, not a plea for pity or undue and extreme concern. It is just a small pebble on the road of being a true warrior and survivor. The show must go on...and it will. With all of you behind me, how could I not come out victorious? And I will never, ever quit five minutes before the miracle, thus miracles continue to manifest in my life. Always have....always will!!!
