Lovely day out today looks like we will have a beautiful fall. Jim and Evelyn got home last night and everything is back to normal , Jim’s phone started ringing a little after 8:15 this morning( back to work) and i could hear Evelyn laughing upstairs on her phone . I have stayed home pretty much all week end and cleaned some closets and gotten rid of a ton of stuff ( still need to do more) and I had 9 or 10 bags to donate to good will at the top of the stairs and was filling pretty accomplished and I had been back and forth to the garbage so all was tidy Well Evelyn looked at my pile and said “really mother” LOL I thought you would have gotten rid of twice that amount . Evelyn doesn’t have attachments for “stuff” but me I am a bit of a hoarder and I admit it especially for shoes ! I sorted my shoes ( keep in mind I don’t seem to wear them my feet kill me ) looked at them fell in-love again and put them back . At any given time if you need a certain colour with a certain size heel I probably have them if you take my size.Not old fuddy duddy ones either some of the sky high “sit down” find me a chair my feet are killing me shoes. Last summer Jenny Helen needed a pair of red shoes Evelyn had one pair ,I let her pick from 3 totally different styles LOL What I am saying we all have our quirks and differences and what someone loves another has no interest in but there is no right no wrong People have a tendency to judge and think their way is the only way weather it be politics, religion, style , weight or hair . I lumped the serious with the silly on purpose , you need to figure what matters what doesn’t . Learn to admit to your hangups laugh at you faults and let other just ‘be’ life is so much easier. Smile at someone today make it your habit xxx
