Lower Murray, Australia: Lower Murray Water is now putting facilities throughout Mildura for people to refill their water bottles instead of buying more bottles. That would be fine if the water was going to be filtered for fluoride. From the point of saving the environment from disposed bottles is commendable, but what about saving people from fluoride poisoning? Whilst Australia is still fluoridating more areas, many major Canadian and American cities and towns are removing it, and indeed New Zealand has commenced doing the same in some areas.
