MELBOURNE CUP CALL OF THE CARD At todays Call Of The Card there was some huge bets on the Melbourne Cup horses. Here are a few of the ones to maybe take notice of. Tom Waterhouse put $250,000 on No 13 Willing Foe at $31. Admire Rakti had the most number of bets initially at $6.50 before one punter put a $50,000 bet on it. Sean Bartholomew tried to back Fawkner to win $1million but was only able to put $250,000 at $9. Alot of bets and ended up the second most wanted horse behind Admire Rakti One punter put a bet on Brambles to win $200,000 Suprisingly there was only a $2000 at $7 and most of the bets were around $500. Protectionist opened at $8.50 and attracted its biggest bet of $10,000. There was several other bets at around the $500 mark. Whoshotthebarman recieved a $4000 bet at $21 odds Signoff had a handful of bets over $1000 with the biggest being $3000 at $7
