MMRDA invites tenders to prepare DPRs for 3 bridges Two new bridges and one old to be remodeled to complement SCLR Mumbai, August 31, 2013 – The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has invited agencies to prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the proposed bridges to come up at University Junction, Bandra-Kurla Junction and near Mithi River. All the three bridges are to complement the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road (SCLR), which is expected to be completed by the yearend. The two proposed bridges – one from Bandra-Kurla Link Road to CST Junction and the other from Hans Burga Marg to CST Marg – will be the new bridges and the third is an existing 40-meter long and 30-meter wide bridge (CST Bridge) which is set to be remodeled to a length of 100 meters and width of 45 meters.
