I did some research and found these Fitness Gear Balance Pods that work her feet, ankles and legs just like the Bosu ball but were only $20 from Dicks Sporting Goods! She likes them so much, she even plays with them by herself. Today she lined them up and walked on them like a bridge across lava. During home therapy, she stands on two of them and we toss a ball back and forth or we hold one hand and she tries to stand on one with just one foot. They work beautifully and such a bargain in comparison!
