MONDAY 10TH NOVEMBER BEYOND NOW “So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” Psalms 90:12 People nowadays live for just now. They do not think or plan beyond the moment. Wise and thoughtful parents train up their children in the way of the lord: thereby laying up a treasure for their children. Many people have failed to understand that beyond here, there is a place we are going to. They tend to live their lives as they wish, heaven’s consciousness has been deleted from the minds of people and they have forgotten that a day of accountability will come where everyone will have to give account of how he or she lived his or her life. I urge you this morning not to live your life just for now because whatever will not profit your tomorrow, whatever will keep you in eternal anguish after here is not worth doing. Live your life with a consciousness that there is a yonder place. We should do well to follow the injunction in psalm 90:12. It is simply wisdom to keep our Christian experience intact, having steady growth in the grace and knowledge of our lord Jesus Christ. It is still wisdom to base your conviction on the truth, to look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, and to continue keeping your body under subjection to God’s spirit. Lastly, have the mind of Christ, following His footsteps and Keep waiting and being expectant of the Lord’s return. He will come, surely without fail. WORD OF PRAYER:- Dear lord, help me to apply my heart to your word and live my life being heaven conscious, in Jesus’ name, Amen. QUOTE:- Jesus is the way.
