MP Dean Del Mastro and his staff wish to invite constituents to sign a Book of Condolence in honour of the Late Mr. James Michael Flaherty that will be at the MPs Office located at 1600 Lansdowne Street West, Unit 3 in Peterborough. The book will be available for signing until the House of Commons returns on April 28.
