Make-up Application Course This course covers: • For complete beginners will equip the learner with the following skills..... • Health and safety, • Client care and communication in Beauty related industries, • Anatomy & Physiology: Skin Types, Bones, Diseases & Disorders, • Colour theory • Foundation theory: : Mixing Colours • Product knowledge & Prepping the skin • Skincare – Mini facial & Procedures: Day make-up looks, Smokey eye look, Socket look, Era Looks (vintage) • Tools and Brushes • Make-up Products: HD Products, Stencils for Brows, Waterproof Products, Brands. • Day Looks: Glowing and Matte. • Evening Make-up looks: Smokey Looks (black, brown and colours) for different eye shapes. • Special Occasion Make-up looks: Socket Looks, Cut crease, Glitter and Taping up the Eye. • Eye Lining: Flick Liner, Double liner, Colour liners, Cake, Cream and Liquid • Eyebrow shaping, Defining and grooming. • Brow Tinting and Lash tinting • Eyelash extensions: Cluster and strip • Correction and corrective make up for face, eye, lip and nose shapes • Learners will also build a portfolio of professional photographs of their work over the course, increasing employment opportunities on our website. Course Schedule Attendance Options: 2 evening per week (19:00-21:00) for 13 weeks 1 Day per week (Day must be requested (Monday – Sunday options available 10:30-5:30) 13 weeks. Qualification: VTCT Level 2 (equivalent to FETAC level 5) Makeup Application Award Fee: €995, payable in full or via monthly standing order instalments as follows: Registration €465 + 13 instalments of €42.
