Man, what a day of racing. Headed down to Beech Bend Raceway Park this morning for the $10,000 Thanksgiving Bash. After 2nd round I noticed my right rear slick looked low. It had lost 4 pounds since last run. Long story short, bad leak. After several rounds of wearing out air tanks, Edmond Richardson was nice enough to let me pit with him so I could share his air compressor and keep the tire up between rounds. At 14 cars left, I had a .005 light and ran dead on with a 6.146 on a 6.14 dial. That gave me the by to the semi finals. I got flipped out of the left lane to the right resulting in a .001 red light ending my night. Had a blast. Car was killer thanks to Ken Jones at Ken Jones Performance and Brad Goodman at Brads Trans.
