Many of my colleagues know of my efforts in the past few years to bring the commercial real estate investment banking due diligence industry to a level of standards and credentials which have been lacking to date through advocacy with the NACRDDP and in United States Congressional platforms. The Mortgage Action Alliance within the Mortgage Bankers Association is governed by a nine-member steering committee. The committee is responsible for assisting in the formulation, implementation and execution of the Alliances grassroots activities in furtherance of MBAs advocacy agenda.
