Many of you AP-X owners have asked Wil for his exhaust option. After hearing his $1800 dollar option you probably said forget it, no way that cost that much. Below is what I have created. It is essentially the exact thing in a 3.5 inch the entire way set up. It weighs next to nothing and puts the borla and magna flow to shame. After talking to Wil I told him I would share this. This exhaust cost me in total about $1660 to make. The mufflers were $660 or so with tax and what not, the fabrication with material made the rest up. The total parts and material was suppose to be $1100 but the fab guy promised $850-950 and not more than 1k so charged me the 1k. This exhaust is by far the best sounding turbo set up you can get. Im doing this for Wil to let those know who have asked.....is an extra 100 bucks or so worth the headache! I did this because I thought his price was too high. After driving to get the mufflers, searching for a fab shop (thanks so much mark from pride), then having to wait 2-3 weeks to get into the fab shop, it set my Dyno back further pushing my car to be running back even longer. Point is, I havent seen Wils welds on his set up, but if they are anything as good as the quality on his turbo kit welds you get what you pay for. The welds and creation on mine and outstanding, and that came with a price. For anyone who already has the precision 6266 turbo,dont cheap out when he says $1800. Pay ~$1700 and wait 2-3 weeks or $1800 now. Ill get some better sound clips to share later as it is a very unique sound. AGAIN, if this is what you want, Wils price is not unreasonable for the quality you get. Save yourself the headache.
