Mark from DC Fontana here: I am genuinely disappointed to announce our appearance at todays Summer Solstice festival in Pevesney is cancelled. I want to take this opportunity of personally apologising to the organisers of the event and to everyone attending today but the decision to cancel was taken out of my hands. At this stage I am hoping to get down to the festival later to hang out and say sorry in person. Greg and The Pentacle Drummers have put together a fantastic event and I am disappointed, nay gutted, that the band cannot sing our words and verses for you. SORRY FOLKS. Coming on the back of two other recent short notice cancellations (the International Pop Overthrow festival at The Cavern in Liverpool and The Alley Club in Cambridge) it is not too difficult to work out that we have on-going issues. At this stage I would merely ask our friends and followers to bear with me while I sort this out. You can be sure that DC Fontana will once again regenerate and be back with a very BIG bang.
