Matthew 7:1-3 KJV [1] Judge not, that ye be not judged. [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. [3] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Even the most faithful Christian has at one time or another had sin in his/ her life. 1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Now...I think sometimes that we, as Christians, present the gospel in a way that may lead the sinner to feel judged. This may push him or her further away. Its very important that we humble ourselves and remember that there has only been one perfect man and its not you nor myself. We have great news to share with a lost and dark world. We should be excited about this! I dont know about you, but I personally have been a part of this lost world. I was headed for destruction! I once was blind, but now I see! I know the difference in being lost and being saved because Ive been both. So..you must understand that I am in no position to cast judgement on anyone. I do however, have an obligation to spread Gods word to those who havent begun to see yet. Unfortunately, many times, those who are lost take offense to this obligation. Why? Because they do not understand. They do not comprehend the magnificence of the love of Jesus Christ. They have yet to understand the power of His grace and His mercy. So...to those of you who feel judged, let me assure you that I certainly am not casting any stones. Theres a difference in judging and loving you enough to share the truth with you. Why would I not share this with you? Listen, I would much rather you be offended now, than ask me on the day of judgement...why didnt you tell me? So...you see, Im not judging you, but the day is coming when you and I will both be judged, and when that time comes, it will be too late. God bless and happy Tuesday!!!!❤️
