Max and I had a great day yesterday taking our first pleasure driving lesson at Texas Tower Ranch with Glen Weeks. It was a ton of fun and Max, our big bay horse, looked so beautiful tacked up in all of the black harness leather. I have a new respect for those of you that have been involved in the driving divisions for years, it takes a lot of time to tack up a horse to drive and there is far more to it then just sitting in a cart holding the reins. I had no idea I would enjoy this aspect of the horses so much and Im so looking forward to the Texas Jubilee Pleasure Driving Class this year as several of my friends have expressed interest in coming out to participate in the class as well.
