Mayor Hussin Ututalum Amin presided the meeting of the Out of School Youth Development Alliance (OSYDA) yesterday, January 26, 2015 at Mayors Office. The OSYDA finalized their Action Plan that spelled out the interventions to supporting the development and well-being of the out of school youth (osy) in Jolo. The Action Plan agreed upon was sealed with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), to ensure the commitment of the OSYDA for the sustainability of the said plan with the help and assistance from MyDev under the EDC USAID. The OSYDA is chaired by Mayor Amin and is composed of representatives from TESDA, DOLE, DOST, DSWD, DTI, Academe, DepEd ALS, Department of Agriculture, KFLC, Mahardika-Service Provider, Jolo Municipal Womens Council, SB Chair on Education Jasem Gonzales, ABC President Mashier Tan, HRMO, MPDO and Mayors Office. The OSYDA also joinned Mayor Amin and Councilor Abdel Razi A. Amin during the conduct of the 4 oclock habit.
