Member CUisine Cookbooks are here!!! Last year we asked for recipes from our Members so that we could publish our very first credit union cookbook. Our members submitted a wonderful variety of recipes from Swedish Dream Cookies to Tomato Chicken Curry. The cookbook is also full of helpful cookin tips, measurement charts and cooking term defintions. We are now SELLING the cookbooks are both our Main office in Kingsford and at the Super One Branch inside the Midtown Mall. The cookbooks are $10 each with $7 going to the IMKCFCU scholarship fund for the local high schools. They would be a great gift from someone just starting to cook or for someone who loves tried and true recipes that are proven to be family pleasers. We truly appreciate all of the Members who submitted their delicious recipes for this project. We are hoping that the cookbook will be such a great sucess that we will have another one next year!
