Mental Health Thoughts: When you have goofed up...messed up...done something you regret...said something you wished you hadnt of....HOW MUCH TIME do you allow yourself to mull it over...repeat it in your head over and over? STOP THE MADNESS! Have you done what you feel you needed to do to correct it? Whatever that may be? Once you have done that, STOP chastising yourself and highlighting your weaknesses to yourself. :) Focus on your strengths (one of them being the fact that you have tried to correct/fix it, apologize, etc). Humanity will always have error....Recognizing how we did something wrong, trying our best (which may not always be good enough for some)to correct it? Great! Dont waste precious time repeating your error in your head. Its like repeating the same prayer to God asking for forgiveness for the same thing...YOU ARE TELLING ON YOURSELF OVER AN OVER..LOL Deal with it and then let it go.
