Most complete #Minsk #travel guide was presented on 10 September. The second edition of the guidebook Minsk and Suburbs was presented in the Belarusian capital on 10 September. “Our publishing houses usually publish travel guides containing mostly photos. However, modern-day devices allow people to make photos on their own. At the same time, it is nearly impossible to remember everything a guide says. When you come home, you want to read about the things you have seen. We set a task to describe the itineraries that are most popular with tourists. I think we have succeeded,” one of the authors of the book said as he presented the book. The new edition, just like the first one published in 2007, consists of two parts: “Minsk” and “Suburbs”. The first part describes ten excursion routes across the city: “Upper Town”, “Lower Town”, “Island of Courage and Sorrow”, “Trinity Suburb”, “Yanka Kupala Park”, “Museum of Boulders”, and others. The second part also features ten routes, including “Historical and cultural heritage of Rakov and Ivenets”, “Time travelling”, “Yanka Kupala land”, “Yakub Kolas land” and others. Multicolor printing makes Minsk and its suburbs look really fabulous. The publication meets European standards and is of great quality. It is probably the most complete classical guidebook about Minsk and its suburbs. The book is meant primarily for tourists.
