Moved last weekend to be on a side of canal. Here is a night view from my balcony. still am exhausted. Still... went last Thursday night to Chuckles Comedy Club for an open mic and to chill with my brothers and sisters stand up comedians. Taber is moving next weekend. So, I invited him and Courtney over, for lunch and desert, and to give them more material for vegan jokes... Lunch: Couscous on the base of red onion with spices, stew (carrots, broccoli, yellow onions, tofu, tempeh, spices, tomato sauce, soy milk, greens), home fries with spices, sprinkled with veggie shreds, on the bed of greens. Desert, grapes with vanilla soy yogurt and strawberry coco-nut yogurt, vanilla and chocolate chips tofutti ce-cream. 100% vegan, mostly organic. Taber could not finish the seconds. So, I was beginning to worry for Tabor can eat, obviously. But he gave lunch the holistic 8.7 and asked for a to go container that he filed to the brims. Yey! He also gave 9.2 for a desert. Sweet Courtney Y gave two 10s. So, its a double yey! I always love to have friends for vegan means and and will always have a special place in my heart for philosophers and artists.
