Much Respect and Admiration: Keeping Promises Fernando Munoz - TopicsExpress

Much Respect and Admiration: Keeping Promises Fernando Munoz Sensei moved back to Mexico due to some hard circumstances, yet he did not give up on his dream of training and laying the foundation of our beloved art of KAR back home in Mexico. He told me he would do this, and I had nodded. He worked night and day, and bought a piece of land by a gorgeous lake under a dormant volcano. Now he is embarking on building probably the first dojo in the town. His students along with him have now started actually building the dojo - as money and time allows. He has more than kept his promise to help lay the groundwork for KAR in Mexico, and literally with their bare hands. I have nothing but deep respect for this kind of dedication. Everyone from my dojo who are in Mexico for our next Mexico Shugyo will spend time helping build this up as well. This kind of work, dedication and following ones path no matter what, and keeping ones promises is what Mountain View Aiki Kai is all about. Fernando you are setting a very fine example of follow through, honor and keeping your word. I respect that deeply, and am humbled by your continued growth. A deep bow from all of us here in CA. I will come to Mexico in November and do my bit with you! See you soon Mahipal Lunia Sensei Mountain View Aiki Kai PS If anyone who is reading this wants to help in any way (financial or time) please feel free to reach out to me. This is a complete labor of love and being built one brick, one dollar at a time. Any and all help will be accepted with deep respect.
